Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of client engagements across asset and wealth management organisations. Working closely with clients and project teams, you will help analyse business challenges, gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of consulting engagements across business, operational, data, and technology initiatives.
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
Analyse business processes, operating models, and technology environments to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support the design and implementation of business, operational, data, and technology solutions.
Produce high-quality client deliverables, process documentation, presentations, and recommendations.
Support programme governance, project delivery, and PMO activities.
Build collaborative relationships with client stakeholders across business, operations, data, and technology teams.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in:

Exposure to asset management platforms or service providers (e.g. OMS/EMS, IBOR/ABOR, custody, fund administration, data platforms) is highly desirable
