Full Job Description

Armanino is one of the largest Sage Intacct partners in the nation, having completed hundreds of client implementations.  We are hiring for a Senior Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant, who will be responsible for assisting our clients by successfully managing and implementing Sage Intacct following the prescribed implementation methodology.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document system and business requirements

  • Setup system and configure according to customer requirements

  • Develop test scripts and for customers testing phase

  • Train end users on the Intacct system

  • Assist customers with data conversions

  • Make recommendation for new processes and procedures

  • Develop reports and dashboards utilizing the Intacct tools

  • Setup and configure 3rd integration tools

  • Work closely with Sales, Project Management and Support to coordinate the completion of project tasks

  • Provide regular written reports on project status and discuss with customers

  • Project manages with ability to keep projects on time and on budget 

  • Provide technical support to clients as needed

  • Provide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including development of templates, documentation of best practices, contribution to the knowledge base, etc.

  • Continue developing skillsets and knowledge of Sage Intacct as the solution changes over time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in business or accounting, or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in Nonprofit, Professional Services, Family Office, Financial Services, and/or Healthcare industry

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Sage Intacct implementations including instillation, configuration, and training

  • Focus on driving customer outcomes – aligning high-quality, timely solutions to customer needs

  • Troubleshooting skills and superb analytical skills: ability to think “outside-the-box” to resolve problems

  • Collaborative skills.  Must be able to engage internal resources across functional departments

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $103,600 - $141,100. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $109,000 - $155,100. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $119,300 - $162,200. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
