What your new challenge will look like- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain consulting engagements across industries.
- Analyze client operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Design and implement solutions in areas such as supply chain strategy and network design, demand planning and inventory optimization, Transportation and logistics optimization, intralogistics and production, etc.
- Translate business requirements into analytical models and tools.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal creation and client presentations.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Why you belong at 4flow- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, industrial engineering, logistics or supply chain management
- 5+ years of relevant practical experience in supply chain consulting
- Experience in transportation, network design and optimization preferred
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and ability to communicate effectively with client customers at all organizational levels
- Enjoy challenging project work and collaboration with fellow team members and clients
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 80% during client engagements.
- Legally allowed to work in the U.S. (no relocation or sponsorship available)
