Your RoleAs a Senior Consultant within Capgemini Invent's Supply Chain Advisory team, you will help clients reimagine and transform their logistics operations to drive efficiency, resilience, and competitive advantage. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, designing future-ready logistics networks and operating models enabled by data, automation, and AI-driven decision intelligence.
This role focuses on solving complex supply chain challenges across distribution, transportation, and fulfillment by leveraging advanced analytics and emerging technologies, including GenAI, to unlock visibility, optimize cost-to-serve, and accelerate performance. You will own critical workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes for global clients.
Your Responsibilties- Lead logistics-focused consulting workstreams, delivering data-driven insights and AI-enabled recommendations across transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks
- Design and optimize end-to-end logistics networks using advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and intelligent decision-support tools
- Apply AI and GenAI capabilities to enhance demand sensing, supply chain visibility, and real-time decision-making across logistics operations
- Translate client business challenges into executable transformation roadmaps, integrating digital, operational, and organizational levers
- Drive performance improvement initiatives such as cost-to-serve optimization, service level enhancement, and inventory flow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, procurement, manufacturing) to enable integrated, intelligent supply chain solutions
- Support client stakeholders through transformation journeys, including diagnostics, solution design, and implementation oversight
- Contribute to thought leadership, asset development, and market offerings in AI-enabled logistics and supply chain innovation
Qualifications & ExperienceMust Have- 3-6+ years of consulting and/or industry experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
- Proven ability to lead workstreams and deliver structured problem solving, analytics-driven insights, and client-ready recommendations
- Strong understanding of logistics network design, distribution strategies, or transportation optimization
- Experience working with data and analytics to drive decision-making; exposure to AI or advanced analytics in supply chain
- Exposure to GenAI use cases in supply chain (e.g., scenario simulation, automation of planning insights, or decision augmentation)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into business impact
Nice to Have- Experience with logistics transformation programs across industries such as Industrial or Consumer Products
- Familiarity with digital supply chain tools, control towers, or intelligent logistics platforms
- MBA or advanced degree in supply chain, operations, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in building thought leadership, client offerings, or internal capabilities

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $110k to $160k

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
