How you will create an impact: - Working in teams for a wide variety of clients, products, and project types, while building industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast-paced projects. Specifically gain experience in:
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to support various client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to client workshops.
- Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations in a clear and impactful manner.
- Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Client Interaction: Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops and contributing to discussions and presentations as appropriate.
- Learning and Development: Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance your consulting and business acumen, as well as your understanding of Simon-Kucher's methodologies.
- Work closely with project teams to leverage both strategy development and data analysis to solve client business challenges.

Your profile: - This role is Healthcare-first
- We are seeking consultants who want to build a career primarily in Healthcare consulting.
- Candidates with pharma/biotech backgrounds are welcome only if they have a clear and credible commitment to Healthcare as their primary lane.
- You bring:
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience with an undergraduate degree, or a 2-year master's degree or doctoral degree.
- Experience in (but not limited to): consulting, change management, continuous improvement, project management, or functional roles in pricing, market access, marketing, sales, or growth strategy.
- Preferred experience includes healthcare consulting (or adjacent experience) with exposure to commercial strategy topics for:
- Providers, payers, healthcare services
- MedTech services, diagnostics, digital health, healthcare IT
- Healthcare B2B services / platforms
- Demonstrated commitment to Healthcare (e.g., relevant project experience, academic focus, long-term narrative/personal motivation, or clear career direction toward Healthcare).
Core skills: - Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving; ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Solid understanding of marketing, pricing, and sales concepts supported by relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a high-performance environment.
- Strong communicator with executive-ready writing and presentation skills.
- Collaborative, inclusive teammate; comfort mentoring/coaching others.
- Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI/Python is a plus).

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, eligibility for annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package.
The base salary range for this position in is between $125,000 to $155,000 per year US roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Salary ranges are reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with market conditions.
