What You Will Be Doing:- Running large-scale commercial construction projects
- Preparing bids and estimates
- Securing profitable work
- Maintaining strong, positive relationships
- Establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Maintaining high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
- Preparing contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
- Requisitioning needed supplies and materials
- Maintaining safe job sites and encouraging safe work practices
- Overseeing diverse teams
Key Experience Needed to Hit the Ground Running:- Demonstrated experience in a project management role
- Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field
