JOB SUMMARY

Serve as Subject Matter Expert and liaison with regulatory agencies regarding compliance processes for the assigned line (s) of business. Lead the review, analysis, distribution and monitor the implementation of the regulatory communications. Conduct research and investigation to respond to inquiries in coordination with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Create executive reports for senior management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as subject matter expert for the analysis and communication of new or update requirements and regulatory or sub-regulatory changes and announcements in a timely, accurate and effective manner to provide the Compliance Department and operational areas with greater visibility into required actions and compliance activities.
  • Serve as the liaison between the Organization and applicable regulatory agencies.
  • Creates and present executive reports for senior management.
  • Oversee and confirm the timely and accurate implementation of regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and execute compliance educational and awareness activities to ensure operational areas are knowledgeable of applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Review and respond compliance inquiries and materials timely and accurately.
  • Conduct oversight activities to confirm compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct review of regulatory policies and procedures and other Organizational documents impacting regulatory processes and ensure its distribution to applicable resources.
  • Identify and communicate compliance issues to the Compliance Officer and collaborates on mitigating and, or corrective actions.

  • Bachelor's Degree
