SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Supervisor, Compensation and HR Analytics the Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that support the organization's talent strategy and business objectives. This role serves as a subject matter expert in compensation and plays a key role in building and maintaining comprehensive compensation frameworks, salary structures, job architecture, market pricing methodologies, and pay administration programs. The Senior Compensation Specialist partners with Human Resources, Finance, and business leaders to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, financially sustainable, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
EXPERIENCE: At least 8 years of progressive compensation experience.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Experience working with compensation survey tools and HRIS systems. Experience conducting job evaluations, salary administration, and compensation cost modeling.
OTHER: Extensive experience building compensation framework and salary structures, with experience in conducting assessments and recommending improvements. Proven history of leading the design and administration of annual merit and market review processes. Healthcare experience preferred.
LICENSE/CERT: Required: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP (Society of HR Management - Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional), PHR/SPHR
EDUCATION: Required: High School or Equivalent, Equivalent Experience - equivalent combination of professional certification & job experience., Preferred: Bachelors - Health Administration, Bachelors - Human Resources, Bachelors - Related Field, Bachelors - Business Administration
