Senior Commissioning Specialist/Engineer, Texas

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commissioning, mechanical and/or electrical engineering design, test and balance, or building automation system check-out.
• Commissioning certification or extensive installation and BAS programming experience required.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client relationships and develop new client opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing on project pursuits and client presentations.
• Review owner project requirements to ensure alignment with commissioning goals.
• Conduct design reviews to assess project feasibility and compliance.
• Develop comprehensive commissioning specifications tailored to client needs.
• Create detailed commissioning plans, checklists, and testing protocols.
• Perform field visits to observe commissioning tests and ensure quality assurance.
