Description You're driven, resourceful, and above all else - remarkably smart.In this role, you will support the development and execution of commercial readiness plans for new product launches. Working with our clients, you play an integral role working to support the launch planning and management efforts across a variety of assets, indications and geographies. The Launch Manager will assist established and emerging life science clients by being part of the team that brings a disciplined approach to help our customers commercialize their brands. You will:
- Facilitate regular launch readiness meetings with stakeholders, executive leadership and coordinate stakeholder support for these meetings. Communicate required tasks, updates and timelines.
- Develop a deep understanding of the market problems of various industry segments and user personas. Effectively position and communicate how the product features and the functionality create client-based solutions.
- Track deliverables, it's risks and discrepancies across the cross-functional launch team
- Actively support product and application launch activities including product positioning, promotional and pricing strategies, training and working with cross functional teams
Essential Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, life science or other related field
- Minimum 2yrs experience with launch management or execution of launch (marketing, branding, project management)
Desired Requirements:- PMI, CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Mgt) or PMP (Project Mgt. Professional)
- Experience in meeting facilitation and strong presentation skills
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $122,000 to $134,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
