Job DescriptionThe Senior Clinical Pharmacist - Oncology is an oncology specialty position supporting the Providence Swedish Cancer Institute Infusion Center in Everett and the inpatient oncology service line at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
Required Qualifications:- PharmD: Doctorate of Pharmacy or
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy.
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
- Upon hire: Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties.
- Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable.
- 2 years PGY1 residency training and 1 year of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 3 years of acute care setting (in lieu of residency training).

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
