Requirements
- Perform detailed design and engineering on a variety of civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Lead and support projects through design development and completion, helping ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, and scope.
- Prepare and review technical correspondence, engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation) to develop design solutions, perform engineering analysis, and produce maps, drawings, and takeoffs for cost estimating.
- Conduct necessary calculations for mapping, design analysis, and construction staking to support project development.
- Collaborate with and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and design staff while working closely with a multi-disciplinary project team.
- Ensure that designs are compliant with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control efforts as needed.
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation).
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and design techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary Description$88,000 - $105,000 / year
