The Senior Buyer is responsible for sourcing the best procurement opportunities and purchasing products. Senior buyers must be able to read the market effectively and need strong negotiation skills to ensure that they get the best value for the company's needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Contract and Tender Management:
Spearhead all contracts and tender packages tailored specifically to Rohit Communities Edmonton.
Provide valuable assistance with contracts for other divisions.
Take charge of managing the tendering process from its inception to its completion, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
Maintain, update, and meticulously verify both direct and indirect cost budgets.

Supplier Relationship Management:
