About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our Go-To-Market (GTM) and G&A organizations. As a senior member of the recruiting team, you will operate as a strategic talent partner to senior leadership, driving hiring strategies that enable the company to scale effectively. You will play a critical role in shaping high-performing teams, influencing hiring decisions, and continuously elevating the candidate experience. Please Note: This role is based in San Mateo, California, with an expectation of working from the office 3 days per week. We may consider a U.S.-based remote arrangement for candidates whose experience strongly aligns with the role's core requirements, based on business needs and our ability to employ in the candidate's state. Remote employees may be required to travel periodically to our San Mateo headquarters.
How You'll Make an Impact:- Own and drive the end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for GTM and G&A roles, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience
- Partner closely with senior business leaders and executives to deeply understand organizational goals and translate them into effective hiring plans
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, influencing talent decisions, interview processes, and organizational design
- Proactively build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and networking
- Lead strategic talent discussions, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and scale recruiting processes that are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with company growth
- Leverage recruiting data and analytics to inform decision-making, track performance, and continuously optimize hiring outcomes
- Mentor and elevate recruiting best practices across the team, contributing to a strong and scalable talent function
What Makes You a Good Fit:- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring for GTM, G&A, and/or Operations roles in high-growth, high-performance environments
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions at multiple levels of the organization
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and advise both candidates and leadership
- Deep experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse)
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing passive talent in competitive markets
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruiting strategy and outcomes
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance speed, quality, and process in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, team-first approach with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Ability to commute to the San Mateo, CA office at least 3 days per week
Nice-to-have:- Blend of in-house and agency recruiting experience
- Experience or strong familiarity with international hiring practices across EMEA and APAC regions, including regional talent markets, compliance considerations, and hiring nuances
Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000*.
