Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with deep experience in data modeling, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Oracle ERP (R12 and/or Fusion) data structures. This role is critical for building enterprise‑grade analytics solutions, scalable data models, and integrated reporting frameworks that support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level data models to support analytics, reporting, and integration needs.
  • Build high‑quality dashboards, semantic models, and datasets using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities—including Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines, Semantic Models, and Notebooks—to build scalable modern analytics solutions.
  • Develop DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and dataflows to create governed, reusable data assets.
  • Understand and interpret Oracle E‑Business Suite (R12) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data structures, tables, and reporting layers.
  • Translate business processes from Finance, Supply Chain, and other functions into robust analytical data models.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and data logic.
  • Ensure high levels of data quality, integrity, and governance across Fabric and Power BI assets.
  • Optimize SQL queries, ETL logic, and BI models for performance and scalability.
  • Support ad‑hoc analytics and resolve data issues as they arise.

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary Range:

$104,000.00 - $156,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
