The Senior Business Analyst – Diagnostic Cardiology provides clinical informatics, project coordination, training, go-live, optimization, and sustainment support for diagnostic cardiology and related clinical service areas. The role acts as a bridge between clinical operations, providers, application teams, project resources, and site stakeholders to support safe, consistent, and effective use of clinical systems and workflows.
The role supports current and future sites by maintaining workplans, tracking priorities, coordinating meetings and documentation, creating and updating training materials, supporting workflow readiness, researching issues, and providing Tier 2 go-live and post-live support.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Clinical Informatics and SME Support
Provide clinical informatics subject matter expertise for Diagnostic Cardiology and related departments.
Support optimization, sustainment, and issue resolution for live sites.
Assist with new site readiness, implementation activities and go-live preparation.
Research issue resolutions and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate application, operational or project teams.
Training and Provider Support
Coordinate and support neurologist and cardiologist training needs in collaboration with provider experience and clinical workflow teams.
Create, update and maintain training documents, QRGs and KYIs to support consistent system use and workflow adoption.
Project Coordination and Workplan Management
Update and maintain project workplans, timelines, task lists and priority trackers.
Track tasks and timelines from program and leadership discussions and ensure follow-up items are documented.
Monitor activity logs, issue lists and completion status to support visibility and accountability.
Manage deadlines, schedule meetings, create agendas, document minutes and track takeaways.
Go-Live and New Site Support
Provide go-live coverage and coordinate assignment details for support team members.
Create go-live information packages, task logs, escalation documents and team schedules.
Organize and monitor go-live chat groups and provide Tier 2 support for identified issues.
Create tracking documents for new sites, including information collected, outstanding data, readiness risks and required follow-up.
Stakeholder Engagement and Operational Liaison
Act as a liaison with operational teams and stakeholder groups, including Cardiology operational partners.
Coordinate and lead meetings with operational stakeholders, project teams and application resources as required.
Track requests from live sites and support prioritization, communication and resolution planning.
Build, Documentation and Workflow Support
Build and update dictionaries as required to support approved workflows and operational needs.
Update workflows and supporting documentation to reflect current-state and future-state processes.
Identify gaps and fill operational or project support needs when other resources are training, on site or unavailable.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in clinical, health informatics, health information systems, cardiology technology, nursing, allied health, business analysis or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Recent related experience supporting clinical systems, diagnostic cardiology workflows, provider support, training, go-live support, optimization, sustainment or project coordination in a complex health care environment.
Clinical knowledge of cardiology, diagnostic cardiology, cath lab, neurology or related ambulatory workflows is an asset.
Experience creating training materials, QRGs, workflows, workplans, issue logs, meeting materials, and go-live support documentation is an asset.
