Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Treasury domain expertise to join our team for an immediate onsite engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile delivery experience, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to drive requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Treasury business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and Agile ceremonies.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and ensure quality outcomes.
- Drive discussions, provide recommendations, and confidently communicate opinions to influence decision-making.
- Support Treasury initiatives involving cash management, liquidity, payments, banking operations, and related financial processes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within Treasury or Banking domains.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven expertise in:
- Requirements elicitation and analysis
- User story creation and backlog management
- Acceptance criteria definition
- Functional and UAT testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the confidence to drive discussions and outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Knowledge of cash management, liquidity management, payments, and banking operations.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting large-scale Treasury transformation initiatives.
