What You will Do:- Identify relevant data sources and assist in analyzing data quality and applicability.
- Data Transformation: Clean, manipulate, and structure large datasets for analysis.
- Visualization & Storytelling: Create compelling visualizations and presentations to convey complex findings.
- Collaborate with department/function experts to define KPIs, visualizations and dashboards.
- Identify and implement ways to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis efficiency.
- Track, maintain and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.
- Share knowledge and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals.
- Other responsibilities as required.
What You Will Bring:- 7+ years' experience as a data analyst, including experience leading projects in supply chain businesses.
- Experience with data storytelling and distilling complex information into understandable ideas.
- Experience with Design thinking and Lean thinking.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Lean Six Sigma training and certification, Greenbelt/ Blackbelt (preferred).
- Statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experience with Big Data technologies (desired).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor presentations for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with enterprise data pipelines and warehousing.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about data and identify trends and anomalies.
Pay Range: $85,000 to $95,000 per year.
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements:We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Grand Rapids, MI and is considered a hybrid role.
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Travel Requirements:Due to the nature of the work, 10% of travel is required.
