ResponsibilitiesPerform budget execution support to include, but not limited to the following:
- Manage multiple Spend Plans, conduct reconciliation between the financial reports and the spend plan; identify inconsistencies or imbalances, collaborate with stakeholders and provide recommendation / mitigation strategy to address the issues/concerns
- Track commitments, obligations, expenditures using systems like the Federal Financial Management System (FFMS)
- Provide support in building and maintaining a budget dashboard
- Analyze financial data and prepare complex financial reports and briefings
- Allocate and track funding across multiple subdivisions and program codes
- Reconcile plan funding with actual expenditures.
- Familiar with the federal travel and government purchase card policies
Skills Required- US citizenship required
- 10+ years professional work experience
- Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS Suitability
- Ability to perform duties independently
Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000/Year, depending on experience and qualifications
EducationBachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
