We're seeking a
Sr. Brand Designer to join our growing team.
The Sr. Brand Designer builds the template systems and automation that let teams and non-designers produce on-brand marketing without custom design support. This includes locked, self-service templates within the enterprise digital asset management (DAM) platforms, along with enterprise-level automation that versions creative across multiple brands and locations.
How you'll make us better:• Design modular, locked templates for direct mail, paid media, social, email, and in-office assets
• Configure editable zones while keeping brand-controlled elements locked
• Define consistent standards for layout, typography, imagery, and content
• Build variable-data and smart-field templates that populate location, offer, and personalization details at scale
• Build and maintain self-service templates in a DAM platform with element locking, smart fields, user roles, and permissions
• Structure templates to flex across multiple brands (logo, name, color, contact info) without compromising system integrity
• Organize and govern templates through standardized naming, tagging, versioning, permissions, and retirement
• Lead the conversion of the existing asset library into structured templates with smart fields and editable zones while preserving brand fidelity
• Ensure templates work across formats and channels and meet production specifications
• Create print-ready direct mail templates that meet bleed, CMYK, resolution, variable-data, and mailing requirements
• Develop presized asset sets that reduce resizing and reformatting
• Test editable templates before rollout to ensure reliable field use
• Document template requirements and train non-designers to use the DAM independently
• Partner with the Digital Asset Manager to keep templates findable and properly tagged following DAM standards for naming, versioning, permissions and retirement
• Partner with the Project Manager to plan and prioritize template projects, owning and tracking tasks, and provide status updates
• Align templates with team intake and workflow systems
• Partner with Brand Strategy to align templates with approved messaging and positioning
• Track template usage, adoption, and refine systems based on data and end-user feedback
• Evolve templates as needed to support new campaigns, programs, and business needs
• This role requires regular use of approved AI tools to perform assigned tasks more efficiently and effectively
