The Senior Biostatistician serves as a lead scientific advisor and analytical expert responsible for improving shortand longterm wellbeing and performance outcomes through advanced statistical modeling, research design, program evaluation, and data interpretation. This role provides technical leadership in the design, execution, and oversight of complex human performance research initiatives, contributing to enterprisewide planning, evaluation, and decisionmaking. The Senior Biostatistician supports leadership by transforming data into actionable insights and guiding analytical and methodological standards across programs.

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
