Role Overview for Senior Performance Analyst

You'll report to Sr. Performance Engineering Manage in our Engineering department, and contribute your expertise to exciting projects, and help us set new standards for quality and sustainability in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Performance Analyst
Support the commissioning, performance monitoring, and operational diagnostics of Solbank Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
This role requires strong technical expertise in BESS systems, data analysis capabilities, and familiarity with control and communication protocols used in energy storage applications.
Assist with commissioning and troubleshooting of Solbank BESS systems under the direction of the Performance Engineering Manager.
Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, system inefficiencies, and potential fault conditions.
Support remote and on-site diagnostics of BESS faults, alarms, and performance deviations.
Assist in capacity testing, data collection, and analysis.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Maintain technical documentation including system performance reports and diagnostic logs.
Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on system performance and reliability.
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety protocols, engineering standards, and company policies.
Maintain and improve system reliability and performance.
