What You'll Be Doing as a Senior Performance Analyst - Support the commissioning, performance monitoring, and operational diagnostics of Solbank Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- This role requires strong technical expertise in BESS systems, data analysis capabilities, and familiarity with control and communication protocols used in energy storage applications.
- Assist with commissioning and troubleshooting of Solbank BESS systems under the direction of the Performance Engineering Manager.
- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, system inefficiencies, and potential fault conditions.
- Support remote and on-site diagnostics of BESS faults, alarms, and performance deviations.
- Assist in capacity testing, data collection, and analysis.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation including system performance reports and diagnostic logs.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on system performance and reliability.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with safety protocols, engineering standards, and company policies.
- Maintain and improve system reliability and performance.
