Pay:- $33 - $55 per hour based on previous experience and qualifications

Job DescriptionBob Allen Ford is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Technician to join our service department. This role is ideal for an experienced technician with advanced diagnostic and repair skills who can handle complex repairs, mentor junior techs, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Handle a wide range of vehicle services, from complex diagnostic work to standard maintenance, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using Ford-approved tools and systems
- Perform detailed inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with advisors and team members to keep customers informed and repair orders moving smoothly
- Assist with workflow management by supporting other technicians and stepping in on higher-level jobs when needed
- Keep detailed documentation of work performed, ensuring compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Uphold safety protocols and maintain a well-organized, professional work area
Qualifications- At least 5 years of automotive service experience, preferably in a dealership environment
- Ford certifications or progress toward advanced Ford certifications strongly preferred
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
- Skilled at using diagnostic technology and repair software
- Strong communication skills with both team members and customers when needed
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality service
- Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
