About the RoleAs
Senior Auditor, you will lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion while serving as a trusted resource to clients, staff, and firm leadership.
This position blends technical accounting expertise, client interaction, and leadership in a way that keeps your work engaging and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities- Lead audit, review, and assurance engagements from start to finish
- Prepare and review financial statements and related workpapers
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants and associates
- Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Communicate directly with clients and build strong relationships
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Support partners and managers with special projects as needed
What We're Looking For- 4+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Strong knowledge of audit methodology, GAAP, and GAAS
- Experience leading engagements and reviewing staff work preferred
- CPA license or active progress toward completion preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized professional who can manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
