Senior Attorney

Qualifications

• 8+ years of practice in IP, business, and commercial litigation
• Proficient in Clio, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience supervising and developing junior attorneys and staff
• California bar in good standing
• Comfortable with fixed-fee work and budget management

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level IP and business matters, including trademarks and copyright disputes
• Serve as primary counsel for clients on strategic IP and business issues
• Supervise paralegals and junior staff on trademark prosecution and copyright matters
• Mentor a junior attorney managing litigation cases
• Collaborate with managing attorney on firm strategy and growth initiatives
• Contribute to premium advisory offerings for high-value clients
• Maintain a humane target of approximately 1,500 billable hours annually
