Job descriptionAs a senior associate, you will be working in direct contact with different stakeholders, including corporate clients and private equity firms, providing well-structured advice in the context of acquisition and disposal M&A processes.
- You will be part of the team from the initial client meeting pitch, to analyses and closing of the deal
- You will execute analyses and identify issues and key drivers that may be of relevance and could have an impact on the transaction
- You will summarize your findings, and your team's, on analyses of financial statements and business plans in a report to key stakeholders
- You will actively contribute to business development (both internal and external) with an entrepreneurial mindset, and build relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- You will be steering and providing guidance to more junior team members

Job requirements To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Senior Associate to have the following:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or similar
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Transaction Advisory Services/Financial Due Diligence in a Big 4 environment, or similar professional services firm
- Financial analysis skills, including ability to assess quality of earnings, net financial debt, net working capital, and cash flows
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging and international projects
- A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to be a great team player
- Fluency in English is required
- Fluent in MS Office (especially with Excel and PowerPoint)
