Key Responsibilities
Special Projects Support
Support execution of special projects from initial scoping through analysis and delivery.
Assist in structuring project workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
Contribute to initiatives spanning strategy, operations, financial analysis, and organizational insight.
Analytics & Financial Analysis
Build and maintain financial models, analytical tools, and scenario analyses.
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support preparation of decisionready analysis for leadership and stakeholders.
Research & Insight Development
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategic recommendations.
Synthesize findings into clear summaries, presentations, and supporting materials.
Assist with due diligence, benchmarking, and business case development.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
Partner with teams across Finance, Operations, and Philanthropies to gather inputs and validate analyses.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project outputs.
Support communication and tracking of deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
Execution & Process Support
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across analytical outputs.
Support documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and project learnings.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in analytical tools, templates, and project processes.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field required.
Experience
47+ years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, strategy, consulting, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting complex, analytical, or crossfunctional projects preferred.
Exposure to professional services, philanthropy, or nonprofit environments a plus.
The base salary range for this position is:
$135,000 - 155,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
