About the roleAs a Senior Associate Software Engineer - Frontend, you will help drive the development of intuitive, data-dense internal and admin tooling using React and TypeScript. You will collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to build high-performance user interfaces that support our financial and trading operations.
This role is designed for an engineer who can deliver clean, functional code with moderate support. You will take ownership of frontend components, write well-tested code, and proactively contribute to the usability and reliability of our internal applications.
What you'll do- Implement, maintain, and enhance internal/admin tooling and data-dense CRUD interfaces (tables, filters, pagination, forms) using React, TypeScript, and Vite.
- Collaborate with backend engineers and product stakeholders to translate requirements into responsive, high-performance UI components.
- Write clean, maintainable code with unit and basic integration tests, participating in code reviews with guidance.
- Proactively flag blockers, manage task queues with moderate oversight, and contribute to incident response for frontend systems.
- Continuously improve the usability and accessibility of our financial/trading administration tools.
What you'll bring- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and other modern frontend tools.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining data-dense internal or admin-facing applications.
- Ability to work effectively with moderate oversight, adapting to shifting priorities and demonstrating strong team collaboration.
- Strong desire to learn financial/trading domain concepts and apply them to interface design.
- Good communication skills, with an ability to document technical decisions and clarify requirements when needed.
Benefits & Compensation:This position has a base salary of $100,000-$125,000 per year.
