THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Senior Associate - Palantir Forward Deployed Engineer(FDE), partners with business stakeholders, engineers, and data teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions using the Palantir Foundry platform. This role combines software engineering, data engineering, analytics, and customer engagement skills to solve complex business challenges and deliver operational outcomes.

  • Partner directly with business users to understand operational challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design, build, and maintain Palantir Foundry pipelines, workflows, applications, and data models.
  • Integrate structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems using APIs, SFTP, databases, and cloud services.
  • Develop data transformation logic, business rules, and analytics to support investigations, compliance, risk management, and operational processes.
  • Configure and enhance Foundry applications, Ontology objects, operational workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate with stakeholders using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with product owners, data engineers, architects, and business SMEs to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance, scalability, and data quality.
  • Support testing, user training, deployment activities, and business adoption.
  • Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and operational procedures.

  • 2 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics, or consulting.
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets.
  • Experience implementing investigative, compliance, fraud, risk, or operational solutions.
  • Exposure to Palantir Foundry, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or similar modern data platforms.
