Full Job Description
In the role of Senior Associate, Investment Compensation, the employee will be responsible for the following: • Assisting with the year-end portfolio management compensation process (preparation and review of year-end payout sheets) • Leading or assisting in projects to improve dynamic reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling • Key player in enhancing the PM Payout automation process (system and reporting enhancements) • Partnering with legal to review complex employment contracts • Partnering with business development to produce compensation related analytics as requested • Partnering with various groups across the business to assist in compensation related planning (comp structures, mock payout calculations) • Helping support the strategy business leads with compensation planning and requests.
