Role OverviewJoin Enterprise Intelligence as an Associate Product Engineer supporting the Decision Intelligence team. This role is designed for an early-career software engineer who is passionate about building user-facing products that create measurable business impact. Working alongside product leaders, designers, data scientists, and engineers, you will help develop intelligence products that deliver actionable insights directly to field professionals at the point of decision-making.
You will contribute across the full product lifecycle-from translating wireframes into production-ready interfaces to building functional prototypes, integrating APIs, and enhancing shared component libraries. This role offers broad exposure to product development, rapid learning opportunities, and the ability to see your work directly influence how users interact with enterprise intelligence solutions.
What You'll Do:- Develop and maintain front-end applications using React and TypeScript, translating design concepts and wireframes into scalable, production-quality user experiences.
- Build functional prototypes and proof-of-concepts that enable rapid user feedback, product validation, and iterative development before full-scale implementation.
- Contribute reusable components, documentation, and automated tests to shared component libraries, supporting consistency and scalability across intelligence products.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product partners, data scientists, and engineers to refine requirements, provide implementation guidance, and improve product outcomes.
- Integrate APIs and data services into user-facing applications, ensuring thoughtful handling of data presentation, loading states, error conditions, and user interactions.
What You'll Bring:Required Skills- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience building applications with React through coursework, internships, personal projects, or open-source contributions.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or strong JavaScript fundamentals, including understanding of modern front-end development practices.
- Working knowledge of SQL, including querying, joining, filtering, and aggregating data.
- Ability to translate wireframes and design specifications into functional, high-quality front-end applications with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills- Internship or professional experience contributing to software products or production codebases.
- Familiarity with Figma, Storybook, design systems, or component library development.
- Experience with Streamlit, Python, REST API integration, or data-driven application development.
- Exposure to testing frameworks, Git workflows, and modern software development lifecycle practices.
Pay TransparencySalary Range: $100,000-$143,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
