As a Senior Associate Civil Engineer, you will take a leadership role in managing complex civil engineering projects and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. You will provide technical oversight, mentor staff, and manage client relationships independently. What You'll Do
- Lead project management, design, and technical direction for civil engineering projects
- Mentor and coach staff across all levels, promoting technical excellence
- Work closely with principals and marketing to develop proposals, negotiate fees, and grow client relationships
- Independently manage client accounts and participate in billing and fee collection processes
- Support recruiting, staffing, and workforce planning efforts
- Promote company design standards and quality assurance
- Represent Siegfried in professional and community settings
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proven experience in managing complex civil engineering projects
- Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong business development and client relationship abilities
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
