Senior Architect, NWA
Position Purpose

The Architect will serve as a project leader for new and existing clients while also engaging in client relationship development and maintenance. They will direct design efforts throughout the design and construction phases of multiple projects.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and produce content, products, and final design deliverables, as required.
  • Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while ensuring Cromwell standards are upheld
  • Coordinate, guide and lead the design and project meetings with clients and project team
  • Participate with the regional and home-office team to present final products to our clients and key stakeholders
  • Identify, communicate, and document deviations in the project scope while managing client and stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinate and lead design and project meetings with clients and project team.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of existing client relationships while fostering new client relationships
  • Lead and participate in project interviews for new projects
  • Actively look for and recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
  • Travel: up to 25%

Qualifications / Prior Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Registered Architect with eligibility to be licensed in the state of AR within 60 days of hire
  • 5 - 7 years' experience.
  • Design experience in Industrial, Healthcare and Manufacturing facilities is preferred.
