Senior Architect, NWAPosition PurposeThe Architect will serve as a project leader for new and existing clients while also engaging in client relationship development and maintenance. They will direct design efforts throughout the design and construction phases of multiple projects.

- Lead, manage, and produce content, products, and final design deliverables, as required.
- Develop design documentation through design and construction phases while ensuring Cromwell standards are upheld
- Coordinate, guide and lead the design and project meetings with clients and project team
- Participate with the regional and home-office team to present final products to our clients and key stakeholders
- Identify, communicate, and document deviations in the project scope while managing client and stakeholder expectations
- Coordinate and lead design and project meetings with clients and project team.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of existing client relationships while fostering new client relationships
- Lead and participate in project interviews for new projects
- Actively look for and recommend ways to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Travel: up to 25%

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, VantagePoint
Qualifications / Prior Experience- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Registered Architect with eligibility to be licensed in the state of AR within 60 days of hire
- 5 - 7 years' experience.
- Design experience in Industrial, Healthcare and Manufacturing facilities is preferred.
