About the Team:

As Senior Architect, you are responsible for leading the modernization of our Global Education ecosystem. You will be integral to building a seamless, AI-enabled learner experience that scales global education and drives business value.

Responsibilities:
  • Technology Stack Modernization: Lead the transition from legacy infrastructure to a unified future-state Global Education technology (LMS, KM, Community, and Certification). Build and execute proposals for the renewal or replacement of legacy platforms like Zoomin, aiming to design a vendor-less operational workflow.
  • AI & Knowledge Management Execution: Assume lead for the develop/scale initiative to adopt agentic solutioning for our global education body of knowledge, aligned with best practice agentic solutioning models.
  • Unified Learner Experience: Design and implement a universal learner experience across all customer-facing access portals, leveraging corporate resources to optimize and simplify the user learning journey.
  • Strategic Analytics: Implement a real-time KPI framework and dashboards (such as Tableau) that link AI adoption and learner engagement directly to financial impact and operational efficiency.
  • Stack Governance: Oversee the technology lifecycle, from risk abatement and high availability to license allocation and vendor management.
Qualifications:
  • EdTech Mastery: Proven track record of architecting complex learning ecosystems (LMS + KM + Community).
  • AI Practitioner: Hands-on experience deploying Agentic AI in a corporate environment to solve support or content challenges.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to quantify the ROI of tech investments through advanced data visualization and productivity modeling.
  • Strategic Execution: Experience managing high-stakes timelines for architectural assessments and phased global rollouts.
  • You don't just "manage" tools; you build frameworks that make them smarter.
  • You thrive in the "Gray Space" between experimental AI and stable production environments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field with minimum 10 years experience.
