Qualifications

• 2+ years of CT data application experience in VG applications, particularly in wall measurements and automation.
• Specialized training in VolumeGraphics, with completion of Hexagon courses considered beneficial.
• Ability to meet visual acuity standards per NAS 410 guidelines.
• Experience in building VG automated macros; knowledge of CAD/NX preferred.
• Auditing and compliance management experience is a plus.
• Experience in training groups to use CT data effectively.
• Detail-oriented in documentation related to training and processes.
• Strong communication skills with a customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced CT data analysis, focusing on porosity, wall thickness, and dimensional inspection.
• Establish best practices for CAD-to-scan alignment and automated inspection macros.
• Collaborate with engineering and metrology to address product variation and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop standardized workflows for CT data processing, including Gage R&R studies.
• Provide technical support to engineering teams for tooling development and process improvements.
• Create and maintain inspection protocols and procedures aligned with customer standards.
• Mentor and elevate the capabilities of CT technicians and analysts.
