Overview of Your RoleReporting to the Director, Application Delivery, the Senior Application Analyst provides support and administration for Core Banking system and Enterprise Applications to ensure maximum functionality and flexibility for end users throughout the organization. Contribute to organizational projects to enhance and integrate existing and new systems. Cross train on legacy systems to ensure collaboration and back-up in the Application Delivery division. This individual will also mentor and provide guidance to the Application Delivery staff.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and support Enterprise Banking and Lending Applications.
- Maintain specific responsibility for supporting multiple enterprise systems.
- Work with executive team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements, systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
- Collaborate with internal lines of business to identify software issues which prevent end users from efficiently fulfilling their daily workflows and assist in the prioritization and alignment of work efforts to meet business needs.
- Act as a liaison with vendor support teams to communicate system incidents and requests, and execute resolutions
- Leverage system expertise to identify, recommend, and implement solutions to optimize business processes
- Support the daily operations of Enterprise Applications through end-user support, application troubleshooting and business analysis to ensure system stability.
- Perform business application systems testing of new functionality, defects and enhancements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing for system upgrades and implementation of new functionality to ensure the highest quality product
- Serve as a team member on larger organizational projects and initiatives as assigned
- Lead the execution of enhancements and smaller-scale projects as assigned.
- Serve as an assigned mentor to new Application Delivery staff to support onboarding and training.
- Follow organizational Change Management policy and procedure
- Perform application on-call support utilizing a rotating schedule.
- Become a change agent within SEFCU technology by demonstrating to Service Operations Technicians, peers and senior management the potential benefits of technology usage and innovation.
- Assist with the creation and maintaining of procedures, workflows and ISO documents.
- Attend appropriate training; conduct research and self-guided development as needed.

Credentials, Experience and Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; or equivalent working experience in Technology
- 5 years' experience in Information Technology software support
- 3-5 years working in a banking environment
- Exposure or direct experience with core banking systems such as Fiserv DNA, Meridian Link, Temenos, etc.
- Ability to solve complex business problems in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Compensation: $91,134-$116,196, plus a competitive benefits package
