Description As a Senior Appian Developer with Synergy, your primary role is to be an expert in the design and implementation of Appian code. The projects we staff are unusually complex, so a standard background in building Appian BPM solutions usually does not prepare developers well for work here. You must be able to analyze complex existing systems with significant tech debt and performance limitations. The solutions you build must fulfill the requirements of the client, perform well under high load, and not introduce unnecessary technical debt in the future. Specifically, much of the work required will involve highly complex and technical expression rules and interfaces, so expertise in looping, local variables, and the flow of information between Appian objects is a must.

Peer review is primarily focused on best practices and performance.
