The Opportunity:

The Technical Implementation Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert in implementing and configuring technology solutions within a healthcare revenue cycle environment. Ensures successful deployment of systems by translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing integration processes, and supporting client onboarding. Focuses on optimizing workflows, maintaining compliance standards, and delivering high-quality implementation outcomes that drive operational efficiency. Leads end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and adherence to client specifications. Develops and maintains documentation, provides technical guidance during project execution, and resolves complex issues to ensure timely delivery. Monitors performance metrics post-implementation and recommends enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.
