The OpportunityWe are seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Management to join our Firm. This position will be based in our New York office (hybrid). The Senior Analyst, Revenue Management supports the Client Accounting team by helping monitor the Firm’s billing inventory, preparing routine reports, and assisting with monthly forecasting and follow-up efforts related to outstanding balances.
- Partners with the Lead Analyst, Revenue Management to review outstanding balance reports to ensure reporting compliance and identifies client/matters requiring follow up action and/or additional reporting information.
- Conducts monthly review meetings with assigned Client Accounting Billing Managers and Supervisors to address outstanding balances.
- Flags client/matter items that require follow-up and tracks next steps and status updates.
- Supports the Lead Analyst, Revenue Management with the monthly forecasting process.
- Assists with billing/collections escalation process.
- Provides daily updates to global billing team regarding monthly goal and current status (as assigned).
- Handles multiple complex analysis projects.
- Understands and responds to inquiries and requests made by department management.
- Provides relevant information, guidance and support to others in the Firm.
- Ability to formulate strong work team relationships.
- Communicates issues and escalates as needed.
- Identifies and communicates training and coaching needs of department business services professionals.
- Actively seeks to enhance knowledge of all Client Accounting procedures and processes.
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective work relationships with others.
- Manages Firm resources responsibly.
- Complies with and understand Firm operation, policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant Firm computer software programs (e.g., Aderant, StarCollect, Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (e.g., linked files, pivot tables, v-lookups)
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills
- Demonstrate close attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five years relevant experience

The starting base salary for this position is expected to be within the range listed under Salary Details. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law.

$120,000 - $135,000
