Full Job Description
We are pleased to announce the opening for a Senior Analyst, who will join our Engineering Services Division in the National Capital Region (NCR) and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team known for technical subject matter experts in delivering Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) solutions and services, providing sophisticated Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) expertise.

Responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for the following activities:
  • Design, construct, and implement sophisticated ML and deep learning models
  • Lead the continuous improvement, rearchitecting, and updating of existing AI/ML systems
  • Oversee algorithm / software development from theory to systems integration, deployment, and sustainment
  • Extract actionable insights from large, complex datasets
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, physics, or engineering degree. Master's degree preferred.
  • You will need Eight (8) years of experience in a wide range of algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • You will need Ten (10) years of experience in designing and implementing robust MLOps pipelines for automated training, validation, deployment, and monitoring of models at scale.
  • You will need Ten (10) years of experience in statistical analysis, experimental design, and data storytelling.
  • You will need Eight (8) years of experience in data governance and data quality.
  • You must possess or can obtain an active TS Clearance w/ Eligibility for SCI. An active TS/SCI clearance with previous SAP experience is preferred.
  • You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Military or Department of War experience.
  • History of highest-quality deliverables in a complex delivery model supporting multiple customers and stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience in communicating complex technical subject matter with DoW and other US Government senior leadership.
  • Experience leading technical collaboration with DoW and Service S&T centers, National Laboratories, and FFRDC and UARC organizations.
  • Strong familiarity and relationships across non-DoW and commercial technology providers in key modernization priority areas.
  • Knowledge of OUSW(R&E) organization and technology modernization processes.
  • Recent DoW Special Access Programs experience.
