Full Job Description
This position will work as a business liaison with others across the organization to drive key financial planning processes such as forecasting, budgeting, data aggregation and analytics. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide daily oversight, guidance and strategic analysis of key financial metrics and will support the implementation and enforcement of internal controls. This position will also be responsible for data modeling and dashboard creation.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
  • Create and distribute a variety of monitoring tools such as labor reports, cost of sales analyses, and profit and loss statements and offer suggestions for operational and/or financial improvement based on this analysis.*
  • Continually seek new and improved ways to analyze and present data to management with greater automation and clarity. *
  • Develop user-friendly, standardized templates for financial analysis, incorporating automation where possible.*
  • Provide strategic thinking and advanced problem solving skills.*
  • Assist in the development and deployment of tools to enhance the FP&A function as well as deliverables to non-financial partners.*
  • Assist with other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related Hospitality/Tourism experience.
  • Bachelor's degree - Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management.
  • Supervisory Experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Comprehensive knowledge/experience working with advanced functions of Excel and Google Sheets, as well as other Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications, including data warehouse and SQL.
  • Advanced Planning and Forecasting Tools, such as Workday ERP, Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday FDM
  • Experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Google Cloud, or Workday Prism
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented and organized.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
