SummaryThe HR Total Rewards team is responsible for delivering US domestic and global programs including health, pension/retirement, time away from work, wellness, and more to our employees.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow their career and initially be a strong subject matter expert for benefit programs, billing and analytics globally. As a Sr. Benefits Analyst, you will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Benefits and play a pivotal role in being part of the Total Rewards team, supporting our key business partners and of course, our employees.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an environment that is constantly growing and evolving and building new ways to do business. You'll bring your experiences with benefits administration, cost utilization, carrier error reporting, billing, and process improvements. You'll have exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations that require organization and attention to detail.
General Description Duties & Responsibilities- Supports benefits billing and invoicing GL reconciliation in partnership with finance.
- Audits benefit deductions, enrollments and funding each pay period.
- Identifies process efficiencies through Workday benefits and vendor reporting.
- Responds to ongoing management reporting needs in support of Benefits; ensures availability and accuracy of needed information in the most efficient way.
- Researches and resolves benefit related issues and recommends solutions or alternate methods to ensure effective benefit operations.
- Conducts research on benefit programs including costing and utilization.
- Administers benefit plans such as 401k retirement plan and deferred compensation.
- Supports data requirements related to benefit plans, and all annual audit processes.
- Researches and analyzes health and welfare benefit alternatives and recommends improvements in value cost proposition, accounting for competitive positioning, vendor qualification, and ROI.
- Identifies opportunities for operational improvements and works with various multi-functional project teams to implement identified changes.
- Analyzes benefits competitiveness compared with various benchmarks.
- Provides customer support for benefit programs through direct employee contact, and interfacing with external vendors and internal resources related to benefits.
- Supports development, documentation, and ongoing modification of benefit budgets through analysis and direct contact with customers, external benefit vendors and consultants.
- Performs ad hoc project work as directed.
QualificationsRequired experience- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience required
- Proven ability to independently analyze and resolve complex, ambiguous, high-risk issues with sound judgment and influence business decisions.
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude including PowerPoint; experience with HRIS and benefits databases.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for VLookup, pivot tables/charts, and complex formulas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information to employees with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- This role is in office 5 days per week.
Preferred Experience- Experience supporting benefits administration and analytics across multiple countries, including UK, Italy and Singapore.
- Workday experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- High attention to detail for handling confidential and sensitive data, data entry, and record management.
- Adaptable to changing priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to take initiative, and work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands.

Required Education- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
Salary Range$102,000 - $120,000
