Full Job Description
We are seeking a Product Specialist Senior Analyst / Associate to join Crestline's Client Partnership Group ("CPG") as a Product Specialist supporting one or more of the firm's private credit strategies. Depending on business needs and the candidate's experience, the role may focus on Fund Liquidity Solutions / NAV Lending, Direct Lending, Capital Solutions, or a combination of strategies.

This role is well-suited for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, or a related investment or financial services role.

The Product Specialist will work closely with CPG senior professionals and Crestline's investment teams to support capital formation, investor engagement, product positioning and ongoing client communications.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to analyze and articulate portfolio performance and prepare high-quality, investor-facing materials. The successful candidate should be able to execute effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Investment Knowledge
  • Develop a strong understanding of assigned investment strategies, portfolios, performance, pipeline and broader market dynamics
  • Partner closely with Lead Product Specialist / Investment Teams to stay current on portfolio activity, new transactions, realizations, performance drivers and investment outlook
  • Analyze key portfolio metrics, including spreads, leverage, and performance data, and translate key developments into clear investor-facing messaging
  • Conduct market, industry and competitor research to support product positioning and investor discussions
  • Ensure data integrity across reports, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses


Fundraising & Investor Engagement Support
  • Develop, prepare and refine PowerPoint materials used for investor meetings, due diligence sessions, portfolio reviews and other client interactions
  • Prepare clear, articulate and detailed responses to investor inquiries related to fund performance, asset performance, portfolio composition, credit metrics, and investment activity
  • Synthesize complex investment information into concise, professional materials for current and prospective investors
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly portfolio reports and presentations, partnering with deals teams and operations to ensure accuracy and consistency


Execute Independently
  • Manage assigned projects exercising sound judgment and prioritization
  • Proactively identify information gaps, coordinate with internal teams, and drive deliverables to completion
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives as needed, adapting quickly to shifting priorities


Who You Are

Experience & Background
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, leveraged finance, capital markets, investment research or a related financial services role
  • Experience analyzing credit, financial statements, or investment performance;

Analytical & Technical Skills
  • Working understanding of private credit structures, investment strategies and key return drivers
  • Familiarity with credit underwriting concepts, financial analysis and risk assessment
  • Familiarity with credit underwriting concepts and risk assessment
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce polished, investor-ready materials
  • Strong Excel skills for data organization and presentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly
