Senior AI Product Lead to join our team located in the United States.
The Product Lead will have complete responsibility for the day-to-day management of the engagement, including all aspects related to managing our consulting team, resulting in a successful delivery and a satisfied, reference-able client.
Responsibilities- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products, platforms, and capabilities aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Champion an AI-Native / AI-First product mindset, identifying opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, intelligent automation, and data-driven capabilities to create differentiated customer and business value.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, developing clear user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and feature priorities in partnership with engineering and business teams.
- Translate complex business challenges and customer needs into actionable product requirements and AI-enabled solutions.
- Partner closely with engineering, data, AI/ML, design, architecture, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Lead product discovery and experimentation, including prototyping, testing, validation, and iterative development of AI-powered experiences and capabilities.
- Apply customer-centric product development practices to understand user pain points, identify opportunities, and continuously enhance the product experience.
- Establish and track product KPIs and success metrics, using quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate product performance and guide roadmap decisions.
- Balance innovation, customer value, technical feasibility, business impact, and delivery priorities when making product decisions.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies, capabilities, and product trends, evaluating their relevance and potential application to business and customer challenges.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and communicate product priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive products from concept through launch and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Promote responsible AI product development by considering security, privacy, governance, transparency, and appropriate human oversight throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product leadership role, preferably delivering complex digital, technology, data, or AI-enabled products.
- Demonstrated experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and prioritized product backlogs.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies and experience partnering with cross-functional delivery teams.
- Working knowledge of modern AI concepts and technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, intelligent automation, machine learning, and AI-enabled product experiences.
- Ability to identify where AI can create meaningful value and translate emerging AI capabilities into practical product use cases and business outcomes.
- Experience working collaboratively with engineering, AI/ML, data, UX/design, business, and other technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer-centric and data-driven mindset, with experience using customer insights, experimentation, analytics, and product metrics to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and make informed product decisions in a fast-moving and evolving technology environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills, including the ability to align teams without direct authority.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative products or capabilities that generate measurable business and customer value.
- Strong curiosity and continuous-learning mindset, with a passion for understanding emerging technologies and applying them to real-world business challenges.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience building or launching Generative AI, LLM-powered, agentic AI, conversational AI, or intelligent automation products.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into existing enterprise products, platforms, workflows, or customer experiences.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles, including AI governance, privacy, security, bias, explainability, and human-in-the-loop considerations.
- Experience working with AI/ML engineering, data science, or emerging technology teams.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, product analytics, and measuring the business impact and adoption of AI-enabled features.10+ years of consulting industry experience, with strong relationship management, account management, and sales support experience.
- Must have had Program Management experience in setting up and running a PMO and should be able to manage multiple projects on different tracks.
- Highly proficient in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high quality projects.
- Hands on with project documentation. Well-versed in industry best-practices and current technologies.
- Must have prior background in managing large, multi-team engagements.
- Experience with Global Delivery Model is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience.
- Flexibility to travel.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $ 81978 to $ 178090.
