Product AI EngineerAs a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality digital products that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed user expectations.
Your Impact- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop and enhance digital products.
- Lead and mentor team to Engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of digital products.
- Contribute to the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth product operation.
QualificationsSkills & Experience- 7+ years of experience in software development and product engineering. Preferably with an internet product-based company.
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing, and operations experience
- Should have experience leading and mentoring highly capable team of engineers and ensure delivery on project timelines.
- Should have experience in System Design and Architecture (HLD/LLD).
- Should have experience building agents till deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python with experience in LLM/agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, crewAI, AutoGen).
- Experience with data structures or algorithms and strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals.
- Experience in professional software development experience, including demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating scalable, production-grade systems
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages including, but not limited to Python,
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture and distributed systems. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices

Pay Range: $165,000 - $195,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
