Job Summary
The Senior Agentic Engineer/Architect will be responsible for the overall architecture of applications, including the design and analysis of software projects to create new applications or improve existing applications. The role will provide technical expertise on system, language, and platform choices and support teams in software testing, product prototyping, technical documentation, and application development. The position will lead AI system design for multi-agent orchestration, architect knowledge graph integration, define LLM evaluation methodologies, oversee data privacy and security protocols, and mentor teams on best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the overall architecture and design of software applications.
• Perform design and analysis of software projects to create new applications or improve existing applications.
• Provide expertise in system, language, and platform selection.
• Support teams in running software tests and developing product prototypes.
• Provide technical guidance for software application development.
• Develop and maintain technical documents and manuals related to software application development.
• Lead AI system design for multi-agent orchestration.
• Architect knowledge graph integration.
• Define LLM evaluation methodologies.
• Oversee data privacy and security protocols for AI solutions.
• Mentor teams on AI and agentic development best practices.
• Apply agentic development and prompt engineering expertise to AI solutions.
• Support AI agent development using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Apply NLP concepts and techniques to AI solutions.
• Implement and support LLM and agentic orchestration, including MCP integrations.
• Apply AI debugging and evaluation methodologies.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of relevant client experience in similar technology, excluding training periods.
• At least 5 years of on-site client experience in similar technology and domain.
• Bachelor's degree in technology.
• Strong experience in agentic application development and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong command of LLM and agentic orchestration, including MCP integrations.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
• Experience with AI debugging and evaluation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy considerations for AI solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in technology is preferred.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with knowledge graphs.
