3 Engage in the continued adoption of Microsoft Intune, developing expertise with application deployment, Windows update management, security baselines, compliance policies, and other cloud-based endpoint management capabilities.
3 Help establish and mature Intune administrative practices, documentation, troubleshooting methods, and operational standards as endpoint management capabilities transition toward greater cloud management.
3 Collaborate with cybersecurity, Active Directory, Group Policy, network, infrastructure, application, and support teams to resolve endpoint issues and remediate security vulnerabilities.
3 Follow established change management processes, maintain accurate technical and operational documentation, and provide senior-level guidance and mentoring to administrators and support personnel.
