  • Maintain files and records for accessibility; organize all mail and legal documents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, admin team, senior leadership, and visitors

Full Job Description
Blue Owl Capital is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support senior members of our Real Assets business. This role will provide administrative support across all aspects of their daily work including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing calendars, expense reporting, board material preparation, travel arrangements, general organization, and other ad hoc assignments. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to multitask effectively, have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and professionalism.  Responsibilities • Manage complex calendars and arrange appointments, meetings, conferences, and heavy travel plans (domestic and international) • Schedule conference rooms, catering, and audio-visual equipment as needed, prepare meeting materials as requested (digital or print) • Track all required receipts from business expenses and travel, compile and submit accurately allocated expense reports for all team members • Complete various ad hoc administrative projects and tasks as assigned • Act as point of contact for internal and external clients; respond to emails and phone calls; track and ensure outstanding meeting requests are addressed • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible; intake and organization of all mail and legal documents and other correspondence as needed • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, members of the admin team, senior leadership, colleagues, vendors, and visitors Qualifications • 3-5+ years of relevant administrative experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe Acrobat DC, and Concur • Leverage AI as a tool to drive efficiency • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Consistently demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment • Exceptional attention to detail The base annual salary range for this Chicago based position will be $90,000 to $100,000. Actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.  Benefits for this role include Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k), Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, Short Term Disability insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, Family Planning Support, Paid Time Off, and Leave of Absences.
