As a Senior Advisor, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives that improve pricing sophistication, decision-making, and business performance by helping to bring the next generation of insurance capabilities from concept to market. Our team serves as a bridge between research, actuarial science, technology, and ratemaking functions across the organization. We match emerging predictive modeling and actuarial methodologies with real business needs and help transform innovative ideas into scalable capabilities in insurance pricing. Working across regions and lines of business including; Personal & Commercial Insurance in Auto and Property & Casualty, we partner closely with pricing, actuarial and R&D teams to accelerate the adoption of new capabilities. Our focus is ensuring that these capabilities are successfully deployed, scaled, and embedded within business processes to meet the needs of the business, our underwriters and agents. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging data to solve business problems and has experience applying predictive modeling, advanced analytics and actuarial techniques. Success requires curiosity, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts and emerging technologies into practical solutions that create value. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Commercialize research and development initiatives in insurance pricing and accelerate adoption across the organization.
- Partner with ratemaking, underwriting, distribution, and analytics teams to develop, test, and deploy innovative solutions.
- Collaborate across Personal and Commercial Insurance, including Auto and Property & Casualty, to solve complex challenges.
- Develop and apply analytical processes, predictive models, and novel methodologies that leverage innovation and support decision-making.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
- A minimum of six years in P&C insurance experience, preferably with exposure to pricing, predictive modeling, or other actuarial work
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience with analytical and programming tools such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Azure or other cloud-based analytical environments
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance and actuarial concepts
